1. The nasal aspirator not turning on or turning off after a few flashes.
Charge the nasal aspirator fully before use as it may have a low battery level when received. Please charge before use.
2. Suction power is low or the nasal suction effect is unsatisfactory.
(1) Check if all parts are properly installed.
(2) The nasal aspirator uses airflow to suction nasal mucus.
During operation, avoid completely sealing the suction nozzle against the skin,
as it may create a closed environment and result in poor suction or unsatisfactory nasal suction effect.
3. Difficulty in cleaning dried or hardened nasal mucus.
Dried or hardened nasal mucus has strong adhesion.
Soften it by using a saline solution before attempting to clean it.
4. Nasal mucus spraying out from the air outlet during suction.
Please turn off the device, clean the collection cup, and ensure it is not filled beyond half capacity.
